Dr. Ashita Singhal

Dr. Ashita is a young and dynamic Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) physician. She is trained in the comprehensive management of pediatric blood disorders, malignancies and immunodeficiency disorders.

Dr. Singhal’s clinical work focuses on advanced pediatric transplant care including Autologous and Allogeneic BMT, Alpha-Beta depletion as well as management of various transplant complications. She has previously worked at BJ Wadia Hospital, Mumbai where she gained valuable experience in immunotherapy and managing complex pediatric transplant cases. She further enhanced her expertise through an advanced training in Pediatric BMT and Gene Therapy at the University of Minnesota, USA.

As a Pediatric Hematologist, she manages a wide spectrum of conditions such as Thalassemia, Sickle Cell Disease, Aplastic Anemia, Immune Thrombocytopenia and other blood disorders. She focuses on ethical and evidence-based care with emphasis on shared decision-making while providing long-term support for children and caregivers.

She remains actively involved in academics and research, with presentations at various conferences. She is a member of the Pediatric Hematology Oncology (IAP-PHO) and the European Society for Immunodeficiencies (ESID).

Dr. Singhal is known for her dedicated, precision driven care and her goal is to help every child receive timely treatment with compassion and excellence.

She previously served as a Consultant in the Department of Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant at BJ Wadia Hospital for Children, Mumbai, and has further enhanced her experience through an observership in Pediatric BMT and Gene Therapy at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA.
